Supplied wiring kit is not sufficient to provide good illumination in day light.

Work great but not for surface mounting

Nice and bright. These are made for bracket mounting. If you are going to surface mount them you are on your own. I surface mounted them to a fifth wheel, took me a couple of hours. Had to disassemble them and drill holes to mount them.
